7-day refund on unused plans
If you buy a plan and haven't started any paid test or paid content, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
How to ask
Write to us from the email linked to your account, with your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.
When refunds aren't possible
After 7 days, or once paid content has been used, plans are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we could not deliver what was promised.
Scholarships
Scholarship access is free and has no refund value.
